In-stock items: Ship within 48 hours of order.

Pre-order / made-to-order items: Require 4–8 days lead time for manufacturing and quality control before shipping.

Carriers: All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

Delivery times: Once an order leaves us, transit time is in the carrier's hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

We work with manufacturers across the globe, selected for quality, not convenience.

Every product goes through a sampling process before it's approved for release, and every unit is quality-checked before it ships. Nothing reaches you unvetted.

We don't run direct-to-consumer fulfillment. Every item passes through our hands and our inspection first. No exceptions, no shortcuts. It adds to lead time but we think what arrives at your door is worth the wait.
